1. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the instant access nature of digital content (eBooks, downloads, online classes, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Coaching & Programs

We pour deep energy and care into every coaching session and program. For one-on-one or group coaching programs:

• Refunds are not available once the first session has begun.

• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Physical Products (Books)

For physical book orders:

• Refunds are available for damaged or defective copies only.

• To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and order number.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
